Self Compassion – turning our attention toward ourselves

Three x 2 hour sessions ( one each week for 3 weeks) where we will dive into the practice of noticing our own needs and distress. Directing compassion towards ourselves requires us to notice the people and the places and the frames of connection that cause us distress. Sometimes this shows up as a feeling of being left out of the frame, or over worked, or emotionally burdened. Often we add to our own distress through anxiety, tiredness, self criticism and self discounting. As we respond to Covid19 and keep showing up for others we can creatively find ways to show up for ourselves too.
Let’s invite ourselves in from the cold and extend some love and kindness.
It takes practice.
