Join me for a day where we will dive into the practice of noticing our own experience and extending kindness and care towards ourselves.
Directing compassion towards ourselves requires us to notice the people and the places and the frames of connection that cause us distress. Sometimes this shows up as a feeling of being left out of the frame, or over worked, or emotionally burdened. Often we add to our own distress through anxiety, tiredness, permeable boundaries, self criticism and self discounting. We all do it.
It doesn’t have to be like this. We can invite ourselves in from the cold and extend love and kindness toward ourselves and learn how to notice when we are joyful, open-hearted or in flow.
It takes practice.
This might be just the time for you to nourish your relationship with yourself in a light and creative workshop, before you launch into a year of helping others.
